What Our Clients Are Saying

"Finally got the family together with a Carbone wine review....
It reminded her of an Italian chianti - moderate tannin, relatively high acid. Very flavorful, not heavy.  It would pair well with food. The tannins aren't as integrated as they could be - but that's her personal preference, not necessarily a bad thing. If all of the grapes are from Colorado, she is very impressed. Most Colorado wines are from outside grapes or are too sweet and fruity. Here is a good blend of the deep cherry and peppery flavors. This is one of the most drinkable/best Colorado wines she's had.

And from non-expert palates, the rest of us thought it was very good! Really enjoyable to drink. "
